Yes we have grassfed beef during Covid-19!
Our rabbits are raised to fryer size, and full size (large). We breed Californian rabbits and New Zealand rabbits, and terminal crosses of those two breeds. Rabbis are white, black, spotted, cream, red, and brown. Rabbits are fed alfalfa, timothy grass, and timothy pellets.
Great for roasting or smoking and large enough for a family of four or five.
Perfect for frying and large enough for a family of two to three.
Bone-in loin. Fry, roast, smoke, grill, or slow cook to perfection. Package includes 1 saddleback.
"Just like chicken" ha! Package includes two leg quarters (thigh and drum). The most popular cut for frying, grilling, and roasting. Drizzle with lemon balsamic and pepper, and serve!
Package includes six "wings" ready for your sauce of choice and the grill!
Bunny Bacon... yes. BUNNY BACON. Add a touch of liquid smoke, toss on the smoker, or cut thin, fry, and add to your favorite sammich! The trick for bunny bacon is to cook it slow. Trust me, it's worth it.
We occasionally have live rabbits for sale and dried furs. Fully-tanned furs are available by order only and take about 2 months.
Breeding Trios- $75 (two does and unrelated buck)
Breeding-age does - $30
Breeding age bucks- $25
Young rabbits- $15
Price does not change between Californians and New Zealands or crosses.
Our furs are tanned with salt and alum. There are two options, hard tanned and soft tanned.
HARD TANNED - $15
SOFT TANNED - $20
Hard tanned are salted and soaked in alum and fleshed. They are stiff and have not been fully broken. These are great for rafts that require the hide to be stiff.
Soft tanned are salted and soaked in alum and fleshed AND broken to be soft. These are what people are normally looking for. Great for craft projects, making soft and supple bags or moccasins.
